Return Policy

You can return an item for a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way).

1. Returns period:
Request to return product must be made within 30 days of delivery to customer.

2. Items in the following condition can be returned:
Defective/Damaged/Incorrect’, ‘Unopened box’ or ‘Opened box & used/unused with original packaging included’.

3. Restocking fees:
– No restocking fee will apply for product that is unopened.
– A restocking fee of 10% may apply for product that is opened but unused.
– A restocking fee of 20% may apply for product that is opened and used.
**Restocking fees are applicable to product price before shipping & tax.

4. Shipping charges:
We will be responsible for all shipping costs when product is defective/damaged/incorrect.

For all other cases, customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

**e.g. if customer rejects product delivery due to changed mind, and original ship charge paid by customer was $10, then $20 will be deducted from refund to cover cost of shipping both out and back.

5. Following information must be included in ‘return request’ message to Husky:

– Product SKU & description

– Number of items to be returned

– Date product was received by customer

– Condition of product

– Condition of packaging

– Reason for return

6. Following documents must be included in returned package:

– Return Authorization Number (RA) supplied by Husky

– Original packaging

– Original labels/tags

– Any product accessories

 

7. Refund process

Husky will process refund within 24 hours of receipt of product. Once the item is received and inspected.

**Customer is advised to send message with return tracking number once product has been sent to us.

Large Item Scheduled Delivery:

If you are not home to receive a scheduled delivery and the freight company has to return with your order, a second delivery fee may apply. When your shipment arrives, verify the number of boxes delivered is the same as the number of boxes listed on the bill of lading prior to signing for the delivery. All cartons shipped via freight carrier must be thoroughly inspected for any signs of mishandling such as dents, holes, rips, tears etc. Any damage must be noted on the bill of lading (delivery receipt) before it is signed. Any damage not noted on the delivery receipt will be assumed to have occurred after delivery, and therefore will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Additional Notes:

If the listing price is free shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping fee from the total refund amount.

Please contact us before return anything. We will send a confirmation email to the buyer for the return.

If buyer sends back the item by C.O.D service, item will NOT be accepted.

 

Other important information:

Returns are only accepted in their original packaging and in the exact same condition as received. Once an item has been removed from its original packaging and assembled it is no longer eligible for return or refund. Items must be unused and free of damage, pet hairs, soil, or stains. Husky® will calculate and provide you with applicable restocking fees and actual delivery charges (including return delivery). A Return Authorization number will not be issued until Husky® receives written acceptance from customer of all return fees via email. Returned items must be received by Husky® within 15 days from the date the return authorization is issued. Images may vary in color depending on a number of factors including but not limited to individual computer monitor color settings, photography, lighting and natural variations. Therefore, the item you receive may not be an exact match to what you see on your computer screen. Sometimes measurements in furniture size are rounded off and thus may vary slightly from the description. In case of claims for any defect, the claimant needs to state clearly the nature of the problems that are not caused by negligence, improper use, or abuse. It is mandatory for Husky® to have the product Name or UPC. Clear pictures of defective products should include front and side views of the products and details of the defects (minimum 3 different angles). The actual size of the defects must also be stated.
